The Honda engine of 11 HP assembly with an electric starter and alternator for recharging battery. This engine activates a gear pump of type 16/4 GPM. The remote control can manage 4 electrics valves for different operation of the winch. The gasoline tank is easily accessible by the top of the gooseneck.
The hydraulic winch is activated by (2) cylinders. As 4" dia. and 48" long, 3,000 P.S.I. for lifting up to 37,699 pounds. The winch use a 5/8" cable on 5 pulleys of 10 " dia. each.
The frame is built with a tubing 2" X 6" X 3/16" thick. The main bear are 4" X 6" X 3/16 in.
The round fenders are made heavy duty.
The rollers and the mobile parts can be lubricated easily.
All the electricals cables are fixed in shields and mechanicals protections. The connections are made inside a waterproof box. All the cylinders as well as the pulleys are easily dismountable in order to facilitate the maintenance and repair.
